Deposit Requirements

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for orders meeting either of the following criteria:

• Standard In-Stock Items: Orders totaling $50,000 or more.
• Special-Order Items: Orders totaling $10,000 or more.

Production, material procurement, inventory reservation, delivery, and installation scheduling are contingent upon receipt of the required deposit.

Shipping & Delivery Requirements

All orders must ship within 10 days of being ready for shipment.

• Customers must accept shipment within 10 days once their order is ready to ship.
• If a customer is unable to accept delivery within 10 days, payment in full is required.
• For an additional fee, customers may arrange storage through their sales representative.
