On November 18, 1999, the Houston WERCouncil will be conducting a tour of Exel Logistics located at 4501 Blalock.

Exel Logistics has a 700,000 sq. ft. warehouse that employs over 600

people. They operate 24 hours/day and seven days/week. They ship over

22,000 cartons per day with a warehouse management system that utilizes

radio frequency terminals. This Blalock facility supports 25% of Compaq's

worldwide distribution. Please don't miss out on this great opportunity!

We will meet at Brady's Landing at 11:30 am (8505 Cypress). After lunch,

we will have a short presentation and then proceed to the Exel tour.
