Heli Maintenance Programs

Heli forklifts offer very attractive low cost maintenance programs to support the equipment operation.

Based on a 3 year guaranteed maintenance plan with:

• 500 hours per year

• Normal operating conditions excluding damages, tires, forks, etc.

• PM’s every 250 hours / 6 PM’s per year

• 1 major PM / Tune Up / Year

• 15 minutes travel time and one hour to complete the basic PM

• Air filter change recommended every 500 hours

• $65 per hour rate

• GM 3.0 Engine

Average cost to maintain should run about $1.26 to $1.35 per hour.
 

Based on a 5 year guaranteed maintenance plan with:

• 1,500 hours per year

• Normal operating conditions excluding damages, tires, forks, etc.

• PM’s every 250 hours / 6 PM’s per year

• 1 major PM / Tune Up / Year

• 15 minutes travel time and one hour to complete the basic PM

• Air filter change recommended every 500 hours

• $65 per hour rate

• GM 3.0 Engine

Average cost to maintain should run about $1.41 to $1.55 per hour.
