Warehouserack made an excellent buy for the company last month when we bought approximately 300 sections of 12' tall x 24" deep x 36" wide metal shelving. This shelving would make a great shelving mezzanine.

Included in the deal are many trailer loads of steel bin boxes.

Yesterday Warehouserack toured a UPS facility near Sacramento, California which we will be dismantling and selling. The equipment for sale includes a large Hytrol conveyor system with 34" OA accumulation conveyor and 2 double sided sorters. We have begun dismantling this equipment and must be out of the facility by Dec. 31st. We have autocad drawings of the conveyor available.

Additional items for sale include: flammable cabinets, rivet shelving, Best Flex expandable conveyors, tote bin carts with fork entries, various work stations, a mezzanine for a sortation system, compressors for the conveyor, a forklift battery changing system, an x-ray machine and security system, an ocean container staging area including lift tables, expanded metal carts, dozens of other assorted lift tables, crash guard, a Cushman cart with trailer, and Ball transfer scales with a work station.

We just acquired another warehouse liquidation in Chicago!

This acquisition includes extensive step beams, some Keystone teardrop style, some Interlake teardrop style, as well as wire decks, and Best Flex expandable conveyors.

Dismantling and packing continues on our liquidation of the Modus Link warehouse in Memphis.  This property contains extensive conveyor equipment by Rapistan and Pacline, in addition to sorters, curves, scales and much more!  We expect to be complete with the packing by December 15.

Warehouserack bought a great metal shelving deal today in Dallas. The shelving is 36" deep x 36" wide x 11'3" Tall. Our website shows how the seller was using the shelving by stacking the shelving 3 sections high.

We have priced the shelving as single high 11'3" tall sections. ($110 each).

We have just made a great purchase of a "closed" 500,000 sq. foot distribution center in Memphis this week. The equipment was purchased new in 2001 for over $15 Million. We are asking $150 per pallet position for this pallet flow conveyor. Replacement cost is approximately $300 per pallet. Pallet flow conveyor is similar to pushback rack except that pallet flow is loaded in the rear and unloaded in the front. (pushback is loaded and unloaded in the front). Pallet flow is the most expensive type of racking sold due to the fact that there are brakes in the system which slows down the pallets to prevent them from gaining too much speed and falling off the racking system.
